On Set — Hair & Beauty
Professionals are welcome on set for hair and beauty. The photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props or accessories prior to or during the client's booking session.
Additional time needed for hair and beauty services is not covered by the photographer or studio unless stated otherwise. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the client. The photographer assumes no responsibility.
Travel
There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of Houston, TX. You must consult before booking to confirm availability and fees. Available in other locations on any date and time upon request.

Booking Policy
At the time of booking, a variable non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Please select the session you are interested in and use add-ons as needed.
Although time slots will show availability, it is highly recommended to confirm date and time before booking:

If your date/time is not available, please reach out. After submitting your booking request, a message will be sent to you regarding confirmation of your session.
Squeeze-ins & After Hours
The squeeze-in option is not always available. If you are not on the schedule for that day and changes must be made to accommodate you, you are obligated to pay the additional fee.
Time & Arrival
Please respect the time of others and arrive on time. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short.
Rescheduling
There is a fee associated with rescheduling any appointment. 100% of the rescheduling fee is due at the time of rescheduling.

- No same-day rescheduling
Images & Delivery
Image proofs are returned to clients within 1–4 business days from when they are taken. Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited.
Normal turnaround time for edited images is 7–10 business days from the date final edit selections are made.
Payment Policy
Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot.
